Fundraising Event

We were conduct fundraising event for physically challenged people in Mysore. It was great experience for me , I  learnt many thing form this , really I felt very happy to conducted this event. We collaborated with SVYM NGO,  who is working for Disability people. In our group went to the Mysore before 10 days conduct the event for planning. When we went there we were getting tension because of what we had planned? All planed canceled because   we did not give any advanced. we were  dilemma  we did not know, what we have to do, but we did not lose  our confidence, we took challenge and  we had plan to conducted the charity show and we approached famous dancer K rippa pattg , she accepted to our offer.  We approached national blind school and they were also agreed our offer.  We did entrance fees per person 100 Rs.  We booked guest film actor Shankar Aswat, Dr Sita Ramu, Dr Baskar. We sold ticket, individual   I sold 30 tickets, it is very difficult for me but I learnt how to convince them to took the ticket.  Unfortunately we did not get sponership because of time too short. But we have don our event successful.  This is one of the great achievements for me.  Through this event I learnt how to approached the donor, how to find out, how orginse the event.  How to find out the solution. How to build the networking with people l learnt many things from this. I would like to thanks everyone for gave very good oppurnity to me. Especially   I would like to thanks CEO of Deshpandefoudsation MrNaveenJha, our Team Leader Mr Promdh, Programme manger Mrs Umapatil, Ms Neeta and SVYM Dr Sitaramu  and Our Friends I amvery greatfull to them

 5K challenge

5k challenge is very important to us and I learned many things from 5 challenges. In this 5k challenge we separated into groups. Each group including two members. We got 5000/- per group for 5k challenge In this 5k I sold dress materials, chips and we conducted IQ test for school children. This task is very difficult for us and challenging also. Through this 5k challenge I learnt how to convince the people and how to attract the people because  of  I bought dress materials for saleing but I gave per dress 550 Rs but  customers asked me to buy per dress 250RS. I felt very bad but through this experience also I lernt how to convinced the customer and how to bare myself. I learnt patience.  Through this 5k challenge I met different kind of people, different mindset people because of when we went to the school for conducting test to students, sometimes if principle allowed to us for taking the test to students  that time students were not interested, if students were interested principle was not allowed to us , but we did not leave, we took challanege , we done.  We got profit 1250 Rupees.  Actually I am very happy, what I have done, I never forget this type of experience.

We had guest speakers, he is name sandeep Hedge, he was a basically from honvara. He completed BE in computer science.  while  study    he  was  started business  like  technology , area of interest  software  only,  he convinced  their parents and  started business.  His company name dot. Cord, this like  a website, mobile application, and open the platform, property software.

 This day morning sandeep Hedge give speech on his life journey it has all about his entrepreneur story like starting to present stage. It called as DOT CARD it is one of the web designing company, its main working areas software, mobile, hospital application, his company working with American companies. During his presentation I came to know his way of working like transparency and accountability in the work, his company register under Private limited company Act in 2007 December.

He has facing lot of difficulties in his life there are

While starting business convincing parents was very difficult, He plan to start business in Belgaum but he facing lot of human resource problem, this are the main challenges for him. After that he gave lot of examples with related to the IT sector, I feel it is very much help for me because we are going to do social work so some of the ideas very much applicable for the developing the community.

Successful Entrepreneur  DEEPALI GOTADKE

 

  I had guest speaker Deepali, Deepali, is a owner. She has taught at a number of institutions and is the establish in developing North Karnataka’s first e-commerce site. She has facilitated many firms to manage their accounts, billing and other management processes as well. Apart from this, she has designed and developed over 200 sites since 2001, including the impressive sites of HDMC, Hubli-Dharwad police.

I had this guest speaker through this guest speaker I came to know how I can get success in my life.  Ms Deepalli Gotadke is very bold; I am very much inspired to her. She is very good example to successful women.  She started business in home only, now we can see successful women infrant of us. She told if we have self confidence, strong determination,  we can achieve, “we can do anything.

People   are generally say   women are expert in only   for cooking, take care of children, cleanings house, she is not like that, and she started her business home only, she was taking challenges and she got success. Even though she was busy with her work but she  giving concentration  to  her family also like take care of children and she has done everything. I learnt from her   if I will get  problems  how to  find the  solution , how to face  the problem really  I am very much inspired to her.

  communication is very important  to us,  if we have good communicate we will succeed and success comes to our hand only.  He gave very good example  I am very much inspired to  this . he told that   he  is in  hotel  20 years to   60 years old workers  are their,  but way of talking  is very different  like  how  he talk to or communicate  each other  is important. I learnt from him   how to behave to others and respect to other. And  he told one thing improve the skill learning. Everyone has different skill   we should improve that one.

 I learnt from him what is 80-20 rule?

 It s a   Business term like  80% comes to 20% Clients and 20% come to  80% clients, totally it says  clients important like how communicate. 

 He told very important thing if you do good its come back to you, if you do bad its come back to you.  He spoke about how he maintain the accountability, transparency.   Word travel and corporation 8.5%GDP come from Tourism.
